Stayed with my family. Cleanliness - room, bathroom, elevator, hallways, breakfast room, everything was very clean. Pizza downstairs- not the best I've had but also not the worst, nice to have the option when you arrive late from the parks or airport. Open till 11pm. Breakfast- classic American style buffet, very good. Lots of options for food and drinks. They try to change it up each day. Staff- the front desk staff was so nice! Did not encounter a single person who was rude or unkind. Very helpful! Everyone always had a smile on their face. Greeted you every morning. Also the staff in the breakfast room were so kind, and always smiling! Everyone was so nice! Pool was open for our stay, and they have charter bus transport to Disney parks and Disney springs with multiple departure and arrival times throughout the day. Very comfortable. Also free transport to the local outlet mall. There's a CVS, 7/11, Indian food restaurant and a pizza place across the street. All in all a wonderful experience. Definitely staying here again on my next visit.

For us the breakfast was a big let down. Lack of choice and presentation, you quickly became bored. Very very busy, lots of people at any time you tried. It was like a school dining hall.
